inCTRL Solutions is the global reseller of the SIMBA# Simulation Software Suite outside German-speaking countries. We specialize in providing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions designed to optimize water, wastewater, and biogas facility operations. We are seeking a dynamic SIMBA# Technical Sales Manager to lead the commercialization and sales efforts for our SIMBA# product. This role combines technical expertise with strategic sales acumen to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Commercial Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercialization strategy for SIMBA#.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the UK, USA, and Canada markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and gather requirements.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and manage objections to successfully close deals.

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs.
  • Proactively engage with prospects through various channels (cold calling, email, social, events).
  • Coordinate customer and technical support to ensure satisfaction.
  • Gather and incorporate customer feedback into product development plans.

Market Analysis & Competitiveness

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic sales plans.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates.
  • Represent inCTRL Solutions at trade shows/conferences quarterly.
  • Travel quarterly to visit customers and prospects.

Collaboration & Product Knowledge

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients.
  • Provide solution demonstrations and align product offerings with client objectives.
  • Ensure clients receive comprehensive product and service information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree-Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical/Environmental Eng., or related field.
  • Proven success in technical sales, preferably within SaaS, with a strong sales strategy execution.
  • Experience with modeling and simulation software, preferably SIMBA#.
  • Strong understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
