Product Onboarding Specialist

In this role, you will play a vital part in customer onboarding and product implementation, working closely with sales and support teams to maximize the value our opsCTRL customers receive. As a product and user expert, you will guide customers in leveraging the right features and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. This may include digitizing paper-based forms, supporting IOT connections, configuring facility alarms, or setting up data visualizations to support data analysis.

Product Onboarding Specialist

inCTRL Solutions, a globally recognized expert in water treatment technologies and data analytics, is searching for a onboarding specialist to join our support team. We are developing new approaches to the design and operation of water, wastewater, and biogas processes using process modeling and our own IOT-connected operations software opsCTRL.

In this role, you will play a vital part in customer onboarding and product implementation, working closely with sales and support teams to maximize the value our opsCTRL customers receive. As a product and user expert, you will guide customers in leveraging the right features and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. This may include digitizing paper-based forms, supporting IOT connections, configuring facility alarms, or setting up data visualizations to support data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a customer-first culture by ensuring an exceptional user experience.
  • Help maintain and support network connections and IOT pool of devices.
  • Develop a deep understanding in our opsCTRL product, becoming a go-to resource for both users and colleagues seeking product guidance.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and experience to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to deliver value.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on customer calls to discuss their requirements, priorities, and goals with the software.
  • Provide valuable feedback to product owners based on your own insights and user requests to help enhance the software.
  • Offer ad-hoc support to our customers where needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically MS Excel), MS Teams, and Office 365 programs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and other team members.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in water or wastewater facility operations.
  • Experience working with SCADA Software.
  • Experience with PLCs or Edge devices (Teltonika, HMS, etc).
  • Experience interfacing with Rest APIs.
  • Experience working with asset management or CMMS software.
  • Experience in the water or wastewater industry.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to occasionally travel to team meetings; some overnight travel may be required.
