About the Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative – Outbound Sales to support our growing Sales team. In this role, you will focus on outbound sales activities for our opsCTRL platform and advanced digital solutions portfolio.

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers, building strong sales pipelines, and supporting opportunities through the early stages of the sales cycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys proactive outreach, technology-driven solutions, and working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for the opsCTRL platform and related digital solutions
  • Research target accounts, markets, and stakeholders to tailor outreach and messaging
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and product demonstrations with prospects
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to align messaging and value propositions
  • Support pipeline development and help drive opportunities through early sales stages
  • Stay informed on product features, use cases, and industry trends related to digital operations, analytics, and automation

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized sales professional with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in digital transformation. You are comfortable engaging new prospects, learning technical solutions at a high level, and contributing to a growing sales organization.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or business development
  • Experience in the water, wastewater, or biogas industry is preferred
  • Exposure to technology, SaaS, or digital solutions is an asset

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with proactive outreach and engaging new prospects
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical or digital solutions at a high level
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
